Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to join their
performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance metrics and transform data into actionable
insights to drive growth
Manage day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, focusing on
SEM, including launching and optimizing campaigns
Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to conduct
performance deep dives and develop portfolio management tools
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and/or
Facebook/Meta managing large keyword portfolios and substantial
budgets
Deep understanding of automated bidding strategies such as tCPA &
tROAS
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
