Job Description:
A company is looking for an EPSDT Coordinator - Clinical.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and facilitate member access to the EPSDT program and
services
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and NCQA
standards
Conduct outreach to promote preventative care and assist enrollees
with appointments
Required Qualifications
2+ years of clinical nursing experience
Community relations or public health/service experience
preferred
Current state's RN license or LPN
Must reside in Illinois
