Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Coder - AI Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the successful execution of complex coding
projects by large coder contractor teams
Own operational KPIs for quality, quantity, and timelines
Lead, manage, mentor, and scale a large team (100+) of coder
contractors
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming
languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
3+ years of technical project management experience
Demonstrable expertise in software development best practices,
including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging
Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI
technologies, and the Gen AI landscape
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse, remote workforce
