Key Responsibilities
Analyze and design patient-facing workflows to enhance overall
patient experience
Drive adoption of digital engagement tools and implement strategies
for patient follow-up care
Collaborate with stakeholders to align Epic tools with
organizational engagement goals and optimize reporting efforts
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a patient experience leadership role
Epic certification and hands-on experience with MyChart and
Cheers
In-depth understanding of patient engagement strategies and digital
self-service tools
Strong project management skills
Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational
needs
