Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Change, Release and Deployment
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the change enablement process and manage production
changes
Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing production changes
while ensuring compliance and governance
Monitor and analyze change process efficiency, providing reports
and recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Knowledge of ITIL change management and service management
practices
Experience with IT Service Management systems such as
ServiceNow
ITIL Foundation or certificate in release, control, and validation
is preferred
