Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Analyst who will support the
team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels and automating
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards
Test hypotheses by selecting suitable experiment designs, defining
metrics, and setting timeframes
Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effects of the Growth
team's initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel,
Tableau/DataLens, and Python
Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics
Experience in designing and conducting experiments
Familiarity with the basics of probability theory and mathematical
statistics
