We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home-buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
--- Follow up and build rapport with leads and prospects
--- Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find and show properties that meet those needs/wants
--- Prospecting and accountability are part of our culture for success
--- Participate in open houses and networking activities
--- Guide 30 to 50 buyer and seller clients through the home purchase process each year
--- "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and guidance
--- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Show good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Past sales experience is preferred
--- A current Real Estate License is required

--- Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

--- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Have a strong desire to constantly learn and grow
