Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards
Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents
Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales
--- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
--- Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
--- Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales

Qualifications:

Superb customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
--- Real estate license required
--- Brokers license or ability to obtain one
