Key Responsibilities
Identify pain points and inefficiencies in the sales process by
partnering with sales reps and leaders
Optimize Salesforce workflows through automation and enhancements
to improve sales productivity
Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to support sales activities
and build scalable workflows
Qualifications
Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes and GTM
challenges
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or
Salesforce-focused roles in B2B
Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce
Practical experience with AI tools like AgentForce, Microsoft
Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini
Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
preferred
