aircraft manufacturers, airlines, and maintenance, repair, and
overhaul (MRO) facilities worldwide. Job Overview We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales professional to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in aerospace, particularly in fasteners, and possess excellent
account management skills. This role is crucial in driving our
sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring
customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a
portfolio of existing accounts while actively prospecting for new
business opportunities within the aerospace industry. Develop and
maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line, with a particular
focus on aerospace fasteners and related components. Provide expert
technical advice and solutions to customers, addressing their
specific needs and requirements. Collaborate with the outside sales
team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Prepare
and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and
quotations to potential and existing customers. Negotiate
contracts, terms, and conditions with customers to maximize
profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor market
trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
identify new sales opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records, sales
forecasts, and activity reports. Work closely with other
departments, including engineering, quality assurance, and
logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer
support. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and
networking events to promote our products and services. Achieve and
exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by
management. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 3 years of
experience in inside sales within the aerospace industry, with a
strong focus on fasteners and related components. In-depth
knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and
certifications (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP, FAA requirements). Proven
track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B
environment. Excellent understanding of aerospace fasteners,
including their applications, specifications, and manufacturing
processes. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly
grasp complex product information and translate it into customer
benefits. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at
all levels. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite,
and other relevant sales tools. Strong negotiation and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel
occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, and company
events
