Job Description:
What you'll do: Assist outside sales personnel by processing
priority transactions Increase business by selling to customers in
addition to taking COD orders Process telephone orders by gathering
all pertinent information to get a quote Review tickets for
billing; and processes billing reports Establish and maintain
customer relationships, communications with customers and
co-workers to provide technical information Gain familiarity with
the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in
improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing
methods Provide follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales Gather
marketing information regarding customers, competitors and pricing
as well as implements sales strategies set forth by senior
management Maintain reports including but not limited to crushing
logs, daily sales reports, sales order entries, backlog report and
billing reports Participate in training opportunities to enhance
and maintain personal and product knowledge Perform other duties as
assigned What you'll need: Some sales experience, preferred
Knowledge of Construction, Concrete & Asphalt Recycling and or
Demolition, preferred Strong computer skills, math and writing
skills sufficient to estimate project costs and write proposals;
and math skills to develop, track, and prepare job costs reports
Must have excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with
other employees, supervisors, and clients Ability to multitask
while remaining focused Ability to drive motor vehicle Ability to
stand for extended periods of time without breaks Proficient skills
in MS Office, specifically MS Excel Working conditions: Occasional
lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds Ability to sit for extended
periods of time Exposure to loud noise, machinery, chemicals,
fumes, odors, etc Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range $55,120
