Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare solutions,
is seeking a Duplex Filling & Mixing Technician to join our
innovative manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the
precise preparation and execution of our duplex filling and mixing
processes for pharmaceutical products. With a focus on safety,
efficiency, and sustainability, the technician will play a key role
in maintaining the integrity and quality of our products that
directly contribute to improving healthcare outcomes around the
world. Operate and maintain duplex filling and mixing equipment
according to standard operating procedures. Monitor the production
process and perform adjustments to maintain product quality and
compliance. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and
regulatory requirements. Record and report production data
accurately for compliance and quality control. Participate in
regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry
practices and technological advancements. Collaborate with quality
assurance teams to identify and rectify any issues in the
production line. Assist in the development and implementation of
process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental
impact. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot
and maintain complex machinery. Keen attention to detail and a
commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Ability to follow
detailed instructions and adhere to strict protocols. Proficient in
using computer systems for data entry and production monitoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
teamwork. Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Good
Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is highly preferred.
