(California Licensed - Remote) A boutique personal injury firm has
partnered with LHH and is seeking an experienced
California-licensed attorney to assist with ongoing matters on an
as-needed basis. This role is entirely remote and offers flexible
scheduling, making it ideal for an attorney interested in handling
PI work without the demands of a full-time caseload. Key
Responsibilities • Manage assigned personal injury cases at various
stages, including pre-litigation and litigation • Draft and review
pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence •
Provide legal analysis and practical guidance on case strategy •
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance
representatives • Handle work independently and deliver
high-quality, client-ready product Required Qualifications • Active
California Bar license in good standing • Demonstrated background
in personal injury matters (litigation or pre-litigation) • Strong
writing, drafting, and communication skills • Ability to manage
assignments independently in a remote environment • Reliable
availability for case-by-case matters Ideal Candidate • Comfortable
working autonomously with minimal oversight • Able to respond
efficiently to fluctuating workloads • Experienced in PI case
handling from intake through resolution • Seeking flexible,
part-time legal work on project-based assignments Job Details
Location: Fully Remote Pay Range: $75-$80/hr (W2) Schedule:
Part-time, project-based; hours vary depending on case load • Work
assigned on a per-project basis with no defined end date •
Compensation paid hourly; work volume depends on active case needs
Employment Type: Contract *Benefit offerings include medical,
