Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from policyholders and
partners regarding life insurance products and claims
Provide timely and accurate information on policy changes, claims,
and premium payments
Assist clients with website navigation and transaction
processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a customer service role
Experience in handling insurance-related inquiries
Ability to work from home with a wired internet connection
Availability for extensive training in the office for 4-6 weeks
